Great Great Great Great Grandpa Joel Hills Johnson

This is my Grandpa Joel Hills Johnson way back in probably about 1840 something. He was born on March 23rd 1802. He joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on June 1st of 1831 and was one of the early Utah pioneers. He's best known for authoring the hymn, High On The Mountain Top:

My husband & children are also direct descendants to JH Johnson through Hart, Seth & Nephi Johnson. We visit their graves in Cannonville, UT as often as we can. We're very proud of our pioneer heritage.
